Includes stall shavings (or straw for foaling). Camera monitoring system installed. Limited availability.

  
 
  Available services include foal out: $150 foaling charge and regular board rates (per hour foaling charge may apply). Orphan foal care also available.

Foal Handling (weanling / yearlings):
Halter breaking, tying, hoof trimming, etc. $20 per hour. (All foals on the property must be halter broke). 		 
 
  Hookup Fee: $30

Loading Fee: $10 / half hour per horse

Mileage: $0.50 / mile

Emergency Hauling: Regular rates plus $100 emergency hauling fee 		       
   
  Vacation care, sales consignments, and layups:

$20 / day for pipe corral with shelter
$15 / day with stall		      
  Grooming: $5 / day

Bathing: $10 (includes shampoo and conditioner)

Clipping: $20 (ears, face, lower legs)

Body Clipping: $100 (includes bath and use of clipper blades)

Medication: $5*

Feed supplements: $30 / month*

Blanketing / Unblanketing: $30 / month (twice daily for blankets and fly sheets)

Vet / Farrier Handling: $10

Deworming: $15 (every three months)

Blanket washing and repair: Quoted

Exercise:

Riding: $20 / ride

Lunging / Round Pen: $10
Includes basic grooming and prep, no training included

Conditioning Package: $500
For show or sale prep. Includes grooming, exercise, board, blanketing, clipping and bathing.

Sales Consignment Service:
Board plus 10% commission		  
 
     

Emergency veterinary care available in coordination with local veterinarian.

*Cost of meds, services or supplements not included.

Service payments must be left with manager.

Board includes twice daily feeding of alfalfa and oat hay (one flake per meal per horse), daily stall / corral cleaning (excluding Sunday and holidays), shared use of facilities with all boarders, shared tack room, free trailer parking (one trailer per client) and onsite management.

Responsible, supervised children are welcome.

One month prepaid board required to hold space. First month's board (prorated) is required upon move-in. Move-in costs are non-refundable. Clients who move out prior to the last day of the month forfeit any unused boarding fees. See contract for move-out procedures.

All spaces rented on a first come, first served basis.
